Menu for the 16th Annual Banquet of the Trustees of the Missouri Botanical Garden held at the Southern Hotel on Saturday, May 5th, 1906. Located at 4th and Walnut in downtown Saint Louis, the original Southern Hotel was destroyed in a fire in 1877. Rebuilt in 1881, the luxury hotel closed in 1912 and was demolished in 1933.
